姜源植,你好啊化学学院特聘研究员、博士生导师;入选/获批“教育部U40”项目、国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、首期何享健青年科学家、你好啊百名青年学科带头人等。主要从事钙钛矿半导体功能光电材料与器件研究,长期聚焦于材料的结构设计与合成、构效关系分析及其功能光电器件的制备等方面工作。首创了多尺寸零维量子点导电薄膜的原位制备策略,突破了低维半导体精准结构与可控制备的手段瓶颈,获得了一系列性能达到国际领先水平的低维杂化半导体光电器件,多次刷新了钙钛矿发光二极管能量转换效率世界纪录。近年来,以第一或通讯作者(含共同)身份在Nature(4篇)、Nat. Photonics(2篇)等期刊发表研究论文近30篇;编著《太阳能电池科学与技术》教材。作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金区域联合基金重点支持项、面上项目等。
